The drink and beverage market is one of the most complex and diversified food segments.  The total daily consumption of water is the sum of the water content of various types of drinks and foods.  Alcoholic beverages as well as non-alcoholic beverages contain a percentage (%) of water that forms part of the human diet.

 

For Niuco it is very important to contribute to society by improving the nourishment (solid and liquid) of the world.  Our portfolio allows us to be present in a wide number of segments and subsegments of the national and international markets.

Non-Alcoholic
Beverages

The various sources, colors and flavors in beverages is of upmost importance for an adequate hydration that contributes to stimulate the digestion of food.

Viscosity, foaming power, body and flavor

PEARL BARLEY – Helps make your drinks more flavorful, full-bodied and delicious with protein and carbohydrates.

HYDROLYZED OATS – We have different degrees of hydrolysis that allow different degrees of sweetness, viscosity and body.

FLAVOR OF HONEY – A good flavor of honey is unmatched, it is easy to assimilate, digest and highly nutritious, it also provides vitamins, minerals, protein, soluble fiber, and  prebiotic.

FRUITY FLAVOR – A concentrated lemon flavor with a good balance of acidity and sweetness; It also has carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.

ORANGE FLAVOR – Provides the unique flavor of concentrated oranges making your drinks refreshing and with a true orange flavor

MALT EXTRACT  â€“ Makes the flavor of your drinks more powerful, provides sweet and toasted tones.

SWEETENER – More powerful than sucrose, improves body and aroma and increases  profitability of your product.

HAC – Contributes to an energy supply, vitamins, minerals,  it has a neutral flavor.

HYDROLYZED RICE – Provides carbohydrates and fiber to your drinks, in addition to making them more consistent on the palate.
