Milk is one of the basic foods for the development of each person since it helps the growth and development of the human being, the great variety that exists between the type and origin makes it easier for people not to stop consuming it. We seek to be present in this important food by offering products high in nutrients.
Base for your drinks
POWDERS – Base for rice drinks that give body and flavor to the drink and facilitate the manufacturing process. The base for oat drinks, with a portfolio of different degrees of hydrolysis for the right flavor profile, imparting viscosity and nutrients. We also have soy-based milk replacer, which provides a great protein contribution and consistency to the drink.
FLOURS – Base for rice drinks, impart viscosity, foaming power, body and flavor
It imparts sweetness and nutrients to your drinks and desserts.
SYRUPS - Ideal for sweetening conventional or organic vegetable drinks, great contribution of sweetness and flavor. Easy miscibility in aqueous solutions and prevents lactose crystallization for desserts that contain milk. Oat extract, ideal for sweetening or flavoring vegetable drinks, providing nutrients naturally.
We also count as invert sugar that has a high sweetening power, saves up to 50% by substituting sugar in the formula, and prevents lactose crystallization in products such as cajeta. In its malt version, it improves flavor and aroma, acting as a flavor enhancer for sweet, cereal and toasted notes. In the manufacture of chocolate-based powdered beverages, it enhances desirable flavors (sweet, toasty, caramel).
POWDERED HONEY – Product that imparts the typical flavor of bee honey, which contributes to giving sweetness and body to the drink.
POWDERS – For malted milk base, they impart viscosity, foaming power, body to the malted milkshake, and sweet malted flavor, allowing a product with lower fat content, version with and without added sugars. Powders based on cereals, extenders or substitutes for cocoa and coffee in flavored drinks or dairy desserts.
